Our Body Well program is about the journey taking 8 weeks just for you, one day at a time, for your body and soul. In this 8-week program, you will join our mamahood sisterhood; a community full of support, encouragement, and TLC.

Celebration of Mams workout is a three-workout in one sample class. You'll meet three of our instructors and try out our signature programs Stroller Strides (total body conditioning), Stroller Barre (strength and core), and Strides 360 (cardio and endurance). We welcome you to stay after class and hang out. The workout will be followed by a playdate. We will have giveaways and raffles for mom too!
New Momma Monday is a three workout in one sample class. You'll meet three of our instructors and try out our signature programs Stroller Strides (total body conditioning), Stroller Barre (strength and core), and Strides 360 (cardio and endurance). We welcome you to stay after class and hangout. The workout will be followed by a socially distanced playdate.
What to bring:
- Yourself, your child(ren), and a stroller. If you have an infant, bring along a baby carrier to babywear in case they get fussy. - Water for you and your child plus any snacks they may enjoy. If you have an infant, bring some in a bottle or your boobies. We're nursing friendly, so feel free to stop and feed your baby as needed. - Toys to play with during the class to keep kids occupied. - Yoga mat or large towel - Canned food to donate - If cold outside, dress in layers so you take clothing off as the workout warms you up.

Take your running to the next level with our 8 week guided training program. Whether you’re training for a specific running goal such as a 5K, 10K, or a half marathon, or simply want the support and structure of a run-training program, we provide at-home and in-person opportunities to train, learn, and improve. Included in the 8 weeks are tips for getting started, detailed training plans for a variety of distances or general running (running and cross-training), as well as nutrition tips for fueling during training. Each week, you’ll receive email support, accountability, and progress check-ins from your Run Club Coach.

Beyond the workout portion of this program, you will also gain access to educational resources that will teach you how to manage stress (amongst the craziness of mom-life), sleep better so you feel well-rested (even with lack of sleep), and nourish your body with nutrient-dense, whole-foods and simple ingredients (with a full nutrition and recipe guide).
